5 步驟自製康普茶,這是我們的趣釀配方:
 
水 600ml、砂糖 30g、熟成康普茶液 30ml、南非國寶紅博士茶 2.5g/包
1. 洗淨玻璃瓶,並用 80℃ 以上熱水燙過,確保潔淨
 
2. 將 200ml 熱水(85℃ 以上)倒入瓶中,茶包浸入 2~3 分鐘後取出
 
3. 加入糖攪拌溶解後,倒入 380ml 冷/冰水,並讓茶液冷卻至 25℃
(糖是康普茶菌的營養來源,90% 以上都會被轉化消耗,不用擔心含糖量過高)
 
4. 添加熟成康普茶液,搖晃均勻後即可直接品嚐;或者冷藏 1-2 天,等熟成康普茶液充分發酵後飲用
 
5. 自由妝點水果和花草,即刻品嚐專屬風味康普茶
 

TAKING ALL THE GUESSWORK OUT OF KOMBUCHA BREWING.

FUNDO YOUR UNIQUE BREW IN 5 STEPS:

Prep work: water 600ml, sugar 30g, Manna-K 30ml, 1 rooibos tea bag (2.5g)

  • Clean the bottle by filling it with hot water (80℃ or higher) and letting it sit for a while before drying.
  • Pour in 200ml hot water (85℃ or higher), drop the rooibos tea bag, and leave it there for 2~3 minutes.
  • Add sugar, stir until dissolved, pour in 380ml iced or cold water, and chill the sweetened tea to 25℃ or lower. (Without sugar, the booch cannot ferment. Most of the added sugar should ferment out during the process. )
  • Add Manna-K, shake until evenly distributed, and it’s ready to be served. To savor a complete flavor profile, refrigerate it for 24~48 hours — it’ll be worth the wait.
  • Adorn the tea with a fresh blossom, fruit, or an herbal sprig. Now take a seat and have a sip!
