Taking all the guesswork out of kombucha brewing. FunDo your unique brew in 5 Steps:

Prep work: water 600ml, sugar 30g, Manna-K 30ml, 1 rooibos tea bag (2.5g)

1. Clean the bottle by filling it with hot water (80℃ or higher) and letting it sit for a while before drying.
2. Pour in 200ml hot water (85℃ or higher), drop the rooibos tea bag, and leave it there for 2~3 minutes.
3. Add sugar, stir until dissolved, pour in 380ml iced or cold water, and chill the sweetened tea to 25℃ or lower.
4. Add Manna-K, shake until evenly distributed, and it’s ready to be served. To savor a complete flavor profile, refrigerate it for 24~48 hours — it’ll be worth the wait.
5. Adorn the tea with a fresh blossom, fruit, or an herbal sprig. Now take a seat and have a sip!

Friendly Reminder:

• Without sugar, the booch cannot ferment. You can't expect the bacteria and yeasts to grow if you don't feed them, and sugar is what they like to eat.
• Never consume Manna-K Aged Kombucha on its own! After long-time fermentation, Manna-K is a highly acidic liquid with a very low pH.
